ConvergenceCoaching adds video series on personal remote work management

Leadership and management consulting firm ConvergenceCoaching added a new series of videos, "Winning When Working in a Remote and Blended Environment," to its existing Remote and Blended Work Video Learning Programs.

Launched last year, the on-demand video series helps accounting firms better manage the sudden rise in remote and hybrid work arrangements. The new "Winning When Working" series looks to support professionals in optimizing their own remote or hybrid work arrangement to maximize their benefits and avoid pitfalls.

“In our quest to enable firms to truly embrace remote and blended work, firms need to empower individual team members, too,” said ConvergenceCoaching partner Tamera Loerzel in a statement. “Setting team members up for success in their unique and dynamic remote or hybrid setting is imperative for both the individual and the firm’s success in the here-to-stay remote and blended paradigm.”

The new "Winning When Working" series comprises the following sections:

• Managing Mindset;
• Being Transparent;
• Clarifying Expectations;
• Communicating to Build Your Success;
• Creating the Right Work Environment;
• Staying Focused and Strong; and,
• Developing Your Hybrid Work Plan.

All videos are available on demand and are broken down into smaller segments to share with staff members over time. "Winning When Working" is available as an individual series or part of a larger collection that includes all four remote and blended video learning series.
