Plante Moran PLLC has launched a food and beverage industry practice, formalizing the expertise it has gained from serving more than 200 food and beverage industry clients. It will be led Jeff Mengel, a partner in the firm's Chicago office.

Godfrey Hammel, Danneels & Co. PC, St. Clair Shores, and Indiana-based firm Katz, Sapper & Miller has formed a partnered entity, GHD/KSM Medical Consultants, to serve clients in the health and medical industries. Thomas Beard, chairman of GHD, and David Charles, a partner of KSM, will be co-managing the entity.

Top 100 Firm RubinBrown, St. Louis, is celebrating the 60th anniversary of its founding as Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co. in 1952. On February 2nd, a proclamation by Clayton Mayor Linda Goldstein declared it RubinBrown Day in Clayton. The company also unveiled new building signage at its headquarters.
