KPMG LLP, New York City, announced that it will offer to its lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender partners and employees tax offsets for additional federal and state tax costs incurred when they pay for same-sex domestic partners' medical benefits. Separately, KPMG International released Expect the Unexpected: Building Business Value in a Changing World, a study of 10 "megaforces" that will significantly affect corporate growth over the next two decades.
