Great Place to Work published its 2020 list of the "50 Best Workplaces for Parents," which featured a number of top accounting firms and related businesses.
Great Place to Work determined its list by gathering confidential employee feedback from 4.8 million U.S. employees across more than 20 industries — the largest of its studies to date. Respondents were asked to rate factors such as trust and fairness within their organizations, as well as leadership and parental leave benefits, including adoption, flexible schedules, child care and dependent health care benefits.
Eligible companies also had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard and have at least 50 responses from working parents.
