Freed Maxick Appoints First Woman to Exec. Committee

Michelle Sullivan has been elected as director to Freed Maxick CPAs PC’s executive committee.

“For Freed Maxick, this is a milestone,” the firm’s managing director Ronald Soluri said in a statement. “Michelle is the first female Director to serve on the Executive Committee.”

Sullivan is a graduate of UB, and joined Freed Maxick in 1995. She was promoted to director in the firm’s accounting and auditing department in 2007.

Her background includes expertise in the Real Estate, Employee Benefit Plan and Not-For-Profit industries. Sullivan also leads the Firm’s initiative Employee Advancement and Retention Network, which provides substantive opportunities for young professionals at Freed Maxick to participate in activities leading to their professional development, growth and advancement.
