Intacct Hires Partner Exec Silver

Intacct has hired former accounting/ERP partner veteran Mike Silver as its new partner enablement manager, after stints at Acumatica and top Microsoft Dynamics partner SBS Group.

Silver will report to vice president of channels, Taylor Macdonald in helping to onboard new partners for the cloud accounting product maker. He was with Acumatica for about a year in a similar role after transitioning from his own reseller firm, Omnios, to becoming part of the Microsoft Dynamics Master VAR SBS Group network

Silver left Acumatica over a week ago, while earlier in the year Dawn Jaeger joined Acumatica to lead all its partner recruitment and Aditya Mohan is now leading our partner development at the cloud ERP vendor. Mohan was Dynamics partner product management from 2008 to 2011.

Silver founded Omnios in 1989 as the business unit of a midsized accounting firm and spun-off the business unit in 1999.

Omnios was a provider of consulting services for organizations with a focus on business process improvement, financial and project management policies and procedures, and supporting software tools. The firm joined the SBS Group partner network in 2012.
