Intuit Inc. has introduced a new trial balance utility for Lacerte tax software users, as well as announcing that it will host a series of one-day symposiums in June, providing training on topics such as how to use Intuit solutions more efficiently and how to successfully market a practice.

Designed to eliminate setup work, the Lacerte Trial Balance utility allows Lacerte tax software users to integrate virtually any trial balance data into the tax return. Using the utility, accountants can adjust journal entries, or make tax-line assignments within the Lacerte tax software. The new solution is available for $450 per license with an annual maintenance fee of $150.
