The Internal Revenue Service has selected 10 new members for its Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee and another 10 members and a chairman for its IRS Advisory Council.
Members of IRPAC provide industry perspective and recommendations that assist the IRS in making decisions about third-party information reporting, while IRSAC offers an organized public forum for IRS officials and the public to discuss key tax administration issues.
