Top 100 Firm McGladrey has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Sellers Richardson Holman & West LLP, a Birmingham-based firm and member of the McGladrey Alliance. The deal is expected to close on May 1, 2015.
The new addition will provide McGladrey with a presence in Birmingham, where it will provide assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market in Alabama.

Sellers Richardson Holman & West serves clients in Alabama and the surrounding area. The firm is made up of 15 partners and 79 client service professionals, with support staff bringing the total to 107.
