O’Connor Davies Merges in McEnerney, Brady & Co.

Top 100 Firm O’Connor Davies has agreed to merge with the Livingston, N.J.-based firm, McEnerney, Brady & Co.

McEnerney, Brady & Co. will operate as a division of O’Connor Davies and remain at its location in Essex county.

McEnerney, Brady & Co. was founded nearly 25 years ago and has built a thriving commercial business practice where its team of advisors counsel closely-held, family-owned companies and entrepreneurs in the areas of accounting, auditing, management services and tax to help them through the various stages of their business’ lifecycle. The firm also provides services to unions, including police and fire unions, and assists labor unions in meeting the disclosure and reporting requirements mandated by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, as well as other services.
