Platform adds Pennsylvania firm

Platform Accounting Group acquired St. Clair & Associates, expanding the Top 50 Firm's footprint in the Northeast market. 

St. Clair & Associates, based in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, offers accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll and advisory services to small businesses and individuals. It will join Keystone Advisors, a Holladay, Utah-based firm Platform acquired in February 2025.

"For decades, we have worked to build strong relationships with each of our clients so we can properly understand their needs and provide the highest quality of services. Now with Platform's expanded resources and services, we can offer even greater support to our clients and our team."

Platform ranked No. 41 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list, with $216 million in revenue and over 1,100 employees across 53 offices.

The firm has been growing rapidly through acquisitions in recent years. This year, it added Accounting Specialists in Florida in March, Smeriglio Associates in Connecticut in February, and Riibner and Associates in Maryland in January. In February 2024, it received an $85 million funding round led by Cynosure Group of Salt Lake City. It has added over 10 firms.
