"We welcome their addition," says Joseph Rust, managing partner of the Prager Metis office in Los Angeles, Calif. "We're excited that this merger enables us to serve our music and entertainment clients better in the Los Angeles market, as well as nationally and internationally, and for the Kolbrenner clients, joining forces establishes a deeper breadth of support and services."

With an office located on Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles, the merger will expand the Prager Metis presence in the LA area by offering two offices in the region.

"Bringing Bruce on board is essential to our plans to expand our resources and further strengthen our reputation as the 'go-to' expert in entertainment business management," said David Neste, co-managing partner. Founded in 1984, Bruce Kolbrenner & Co. provides business management, tour accounting, royalty auditing, tax and valuation services for high-net-worth individuals in the entertainment industries and their affiliated entities.

"Prager Metis has a strong presence in the music and entertainment industry and extensive experience in many other areas," says Kolbrenner.
