Romano & Mitchell and Dembo Jones Merge

Bethesda-based accounting firm Romano & Mitchell, Chartered, has agreed to merge in with Dembo Jones. The combined firm will operate under the Dembo Jones name.

Founded in Bethesda in 1984, Romano & Mitchell has provided services to closely held businesses and their owners and non-profit organizations with a consultative approach. “Our priority has always been to deliver a unique experience with personal service along with our technical expertise. We have now combined two outstanding firms with an incredible amount of talent that is typically only found in national firms,” said Andrew Mitchell, former principal of Romano & Mitchell and current director and member of the executive committee at Dembo Jones. “This merger will allow us to maintain our position as experts in our field as well as add enhanced services for our current and future clients which will only help us better serve them. Our commitment to the highest quality of service will not change. Our philosophy for servicing our clients has always been, ‘Your success is our business.’”

Romano & Mitchell is bringing their entire team to Dembo Jones’ Rockville office in Rockville, Md.
