UHY, a Top 50 Firm based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, has expanded into South Carolina by adding Manley Garvin LLC, based in Greenwood.

Manley Garvin was founded in 2015 and offers tax, assurance and advisory services. Manley Garvin shareholder and CEO Josh Garvin, along with his fellow shareholder and founder Jim Manley, will join UHY along with their entire team, further expanding UHY's footprint in the South with Manley Garvin's one office.
