Warren Averett, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, is merging in Hutto & Carver, P.A., expanding the firm’s presence in Florida.
Hutto & Carver will be joining Warren Averett’s Pensacola office, effective June 1, 2016. Hutto & Carver focuses on providing audit and related services to financial institutions, primarily credit unions. The firm currently serves more than 35 financial institutions across the Southeast, along with the commercial construction and homebuilding industries.
“The addition of Hutto & Carver allows us to offer our clients even more opportunities and solutions,” said Pensacola managing member Cyndi Warren in a statement. “We are excited to have these resources at Warren Averett, and specifically to expand our financial services and construction industry expertise.”
The firm’s two founders, H. Sam Hutto, Jr. and Ann B. Carver, will join Warren Averett as members, along with nine other employees.
Hutto brings more than 40 years of experience in audit and tax services to financial institutions and credit unions, including serving on the AICPA Credit Union Committee. Carver has more than 20 years of experience in audits of financial institutions and credit unions, as well as audit experience in the construction industry.
