AICPA updates diversity benchmarking tool

The American Institute of CPAs has launched a revised version of the Accounting Inclusion Maturity Model, its free diversity benchmarking tool for firms.

Debuting in 2015, AIMM is designed to help accounting firms assess their diversity and inclusion practices in order to identify areas for improvement. AIMM has now been updated with modern diversity and inclusion practices, while also being streamlined to provide a more user-friendly experience.

Firms and organizations that complete an AIMM assesment will receive:

  • A free diversity report based on the responses provided;
  • The opportunity to benchmark a similar organization that has also completed the assessment;
  • Access to resources that contribute to a more inclusive organizational culture; and
  • For AICPA members, a discounted consulting session to further explore results and provide more detailed recommendations.

Organizations can complete a free AIMM assessment at aicpainclusion.com. All information submitted to AIMM is confidential.
