Accounting firm Councilor Buchanan & Mitchell has launched a new brand this month in conjunction with the firm’s 90th anniversary.

The new brand focuses on client relationships: how CBM is looking out for its clients’ best interests and is committed to their success, according to president and managing partners S. Vincent Crescenzi.

The new brand includes a two-color, blue and gray logo that is designed to symbolize “being surrounded by the financial wisdom offered by CBM and the safety that each client can feel” when relying on their advice. The simple logo design is supposed to show that CBM is forward-thinking and, although 90 years old, still focused on the future of their clients.

A promotional package including a folder and eight brochures was created to promote CBM’s services and specialties. The concept mirrors the tagline, “Centered on Your Success,”  and concentric circles are used to mirror the logomark on the covers of the brochures and folder, as well as the main pages of the Web site, keeping the “centered” concept in front of the reader at all points. 

CBM worked with Capstone Marketing of Chesapeake, Va., Working Design of Atlanta, See Janet Reed Inc. of Atlanta, and International Technology Group LLC of Westminster Md., to create its new brand.
