Top 100 Firm Prager Metis CPAs has combined with Teaneck, New Jersey-based LFL Veritas, effective October 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

LFL Veritas is a full-service accounting firm that offers tax, accounting, auditing, planning and consulting services to a range of clients, including professionals and executives, entrepreneurs and business owners, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals.

The firm has relocated to Prager Metis’ Hackensack office. LFL’s Rich Feld and Jay Levine have joined Prager Metis as partners, and Karen Whitaker as a principal; seven other LFL staff have also joined the larger firm.
