As the year winds to a close, Swindoll, Janzen, Hawk & Loyd announced it is merging in another Kansas firm, BT&Co.; Regional Leader RRBB added the team from Gail Rosen CPA PC in New Jersey; and Ketel Thorstenson expanded in Wyoming by merging in Grooms & Harkins PC.
SJHL adds BT & Co. in Kansas

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the combination will give SJHL more than 160 employees, and offices in McPherson, Wichita, Manhatta, Salina, Hutchinson and Topeka, Kansas, and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
SJHL, which is headquartered in McPherson, was founded in 1936; BT&Co. was founded in 1913. Both are full-service accounting firms.

RRBB adds Gail Rosen CPA PC

Terms of the deal were not disclosed; the Gail Rosen team will remain in their office in Martinsville, New Jersey.
The boutique firm has offered a full range of services for over 30 years, with a focus on new and growing businesses.

Ketel Thorstenson adds Grooms & Harkins

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the partners of G&H will be joining KT as partners. It also adds G&H's Casper office to KT's current offices in Gillette, Wyoming, and Rapid City and Spearfish, South Dakota.
