SmartExporter, a software product designed to simplify the extraction of SAP data for review and analysis, is now available from Audimation Services Inc., which provides data analysis expertise and technology to accountants, auditors and financial professionals.
Through its partnership with CaseWare IDEA Inc., Audimation Services offers data analysis software and continuous monitoring to improve auditing performance and detect fraud.
SmartExporter will be a welcome tool for those thousands of SAP users who have experienced roadblocks when attempting to obtain data for analysis outside the SAP environment, said Audimation Services president Carolyn Newman.
SmartExporter is designed to resolve many common issues associated with transferring SAP data outside the softwares environment, such as security, data capacity and the timing of data downloads. Data requests are generated in a Windows-based desktop by selecting criteria from a standardized or customized directory of more than 79,000 SAP tables. Configured data requests can also be saved for repeat use.
