Squar Milner, a Top 50 firm based in Irvine, California, is doing its second M&A deal this month by adding two partners and nine other professionals from BPE&H, one of the larger firms in the San Fernando Valley, which will continue to operate with its remaining partners and staff.
Former BPE&H partners Scott Howard and Suzanne Jacobs have spun-off from BPE&H to join Squar Milner. The deal comes only a week after Squar Milner announced a

They have great clients who we look forward to serving. Their real estate and restaurant expertise will significantly enhance our firm.”

The merger with Howard and Jacobs takes effect Jan. 1, 2020. They and their team will work with the SRG employees out of SRG’s old Woodland Hills office.

The combined offices in Woodland Hills will house 215 professionals. It will be Squar Milner’s second location in the San Fernando Valley and its third in Los Angeles. The firm also has offices in San Francisco, San Mateo, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Encino and the Cayman Islands.
