The American Institute of CPAs’ Council elected Tracey Golden, an audit partner with Deloitte, as AICPA chair for a one-year term, during the governing group’s first-ever virtual Council meeting.

The 2020 Q2 CPA Exam testing window will now be extended from June 10 to June 30, 2020.

NASBA and the AICPA announced the decision after test administrator Prometric closed its test centers across the United States and Canada for 30 days.

The program, launching in May, is open to students who are familiar with the basic principles of economics and accounting.
